Hello, I have it been able to log in for the past 4 days with an error message that says its being worked on. Can you please send me a paper copy of my statement.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. All fine - they guided me to the the right way in to my accounts
I cannot get into my accounts with Raisin for my Western Alliance accounts i tried to reset but they said i need an admistrator to handle this . May i speak with someone please ? My tel number is 917-349-****

Unable to access my account despite going through the password change procedure not once but TWICE. Was cut off on a call to customer service. Been on hold to speak with someone now for over HALF AN HOUR!!!

Never answer call. The system doesn't allow moving balance among different Market accounts. I am planning to withdraw all my balances.

Speak with an agent
She stonewalled me and was unable to help me with a very emergency situation. She kept reading me the written rules and was unwilling to listen to me when I had suggestions as to how to get around that given my specific situation that requires special human attention. I have had a lot of money in with this agency and I am very disappointed and I'm considering moving it elsewhere
